Technocal Support

Xfinity bot agent and phone [Edited: "Language"] are terrible.  It took me 2 hrs and finally focing my way to a techiocal support department through billing because I couldnt get to a human.  Why not provide direct access to techical support or at lease give an option for not having to redue basic trouble shooting to get past the bot.

My rating for Xfinity is -10

The agent I finally got was great.  Xfinity should be ashamed.

I am very sorry to hear about the experience with getting the assistance that you needed, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. We can document the feedback on our end, as we are always looking for was to improve our customers experience. 

 

For further troubleshooting, you can go through our Xfinity Assistant and request an agent to get further in depth troubleshooting. We are happy you were able to speak with an agent to get everything resolved.
