Technition no show for appointment 2X
Twice telephone Xfinity representatives indicated that we had an appointment for Xfinity tech to check downed service wire and both times there was a No-show, no technician showed up, no call, nothing. Horrible poor service by Xfinity

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
