Technicians cut my lines

Several days ago there was a storm. Technicians came out to work in the area. I come home from work to no internet. I look and see the lines have been cut to my house.  When I call I am told a tickets been made. I check. Nothing. I use the app and im told I have to wait 24 hours to even make an appointment. Then I am told the next available appointment is in 10 days. So now I have to wait 10 days for a tech to come finish the job and fix the problem they created. This seems unacceptable and finishing a job shouldnt be my responsibility to call for help on.
