Technician visit

I have two televisions and Internet at my home in Florida. None of it is working properly and I need a technician to meet My friend at the house to get things hooked up properly. I am out of town until May 22.

I am not at the property however I have someone who takes care of the house and can meet the technician for the repair.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
