Technician to come out to install

Hello, we had a technician come out recently to install modem and cable box. He had the wrong cable box so one was mailed to us. It has arrived and we are ready for someone to come out to install it.

I'm sorry to hear that everything wasn't fully completed on the initial appointment, but we can certainly help schedule one of our awesome technicians to come assist. You should also have the option to schedule an installation appointment right from the Xfinity website or app as well if you'd prefer.
