Technician tier 2 is requested

Last few weeks ago I had a technician came to temporarily install a new cable into my house in order for me to connect to XFINITY modem.  He ran a cable along the side of my house in the ground, and said XFINITY would send someone down another time to bury the cable.

I was told 3 times with 3 different dates that someone would show up, but I haven’t seen anyone yet, and the cable is still laying visible on the ground.

Is there a number I can call directly?
