Technician running a CAT 6 line

I have an exterior metal shed that blocks all WiFi and have heard that running a CAT 6 line is a good option to get internet to it. I have been trying for over 2 hours to contact Comcast to schedule an appointment, but it seems like an impossible task. The virtual assistant keeps telling me that my house WiFi is good and won’t comprehend I want to add a service, the cell number keeps telling me there’s an outage in the area and that it will be fixed soon before it auto hangs up on me. It seems crazy to me that it’s this hard to spend money with a company.
Does anyone have a non 1-800 number I can call or is my only option to literally go to the store and try to do all of this in person.
