Technician Privacy Violation

I had a technician on my property trespassing into  a private area that he was not authorized to be in. More than that, he was caught on my security discussing details about my property and my tenant with a neighbor who has been harassing my tenants. I had a case open and was told someone would get back to me. But the case was closed with no additional followup. What are my next steps?
