Technician not showing up

Waited for whole day technician didn’t show up, text msg saying your technician is on the way. After I called after the customer live chat, says the ticket is closed. Send me to talk to a representative. Requested supervisor call back and reschedule. Now 2 hours past no one called and called again said I do not have an existing appointment. Xfinity seriously has the worse customer service I’ve ever seen.

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
