Technician no shows two days in a row.

I lost internet on Wednesday Sep 16th had a technician scheduled to come on the 17th, got a text saying they arrived and no one was outside then a following text saying no one answered and the appointment was cancelled so I had it rescheduled for the today the 18th, same thing happened again and I was waiting in my driveway! No one was there! I got a hold of dispatch and then they said all drivers are busy right now and they cant send someone anymore... totally unacceptable behavior! I'm pretty sure its an issue with the line on the pole as this happened a few weeks ago as well and it was a problem at the pole they had to fix... and reporting an outage does nothing... it just says there is no outage but obviously there is where I am somewhere. I would like to get my issue escalated because these technicians cant keep getting away with not showing up and saying that they have.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
