Technician never showed up

Customer rep told me im scheduled and expect to see the technician between 8am-8pm and guess what? Not a single technician showed up, went to customer rep again and told me 7pm-8pm and yup didnt get a single technician again.

Hello @jdayrit Thanks for making a post. Normally with appointments listed from 8-8 those are outside work only jobs and the techs may not even knock on the door for those to complete work. But we definitely want to double-check the scheduled visit and see what actually is going on with the account. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address, and we will take a look. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
