A technician was supposed to show up today to fix the wall wiring and never showed up. I waited for 2 extra hours but got nothing. Any update on what happened?

You've come to the right place, and I can definitely check on that appointment and even help get a new one set up if that hasn't been done already. Do you happen to know if the wiring that needs to be address is running through your walls? If so, our techs are unable to do any interior line work that involved fishing the line through your walls.
