Technician Never Showed Up

I had an appointment scheduled today at 4pm-6pm. I got a notification that the technician was going to arrive soon around 4:20 but no technician showed up. I could not track the technician which is annoying. I tried to get in contact with a live agent through the app but there was 66 people on the waitlist, that would take hours to wait for. I called the xfinity number next and it wasn’t helpful, the robot said that i didn’t have an appointment and that a technician has already came. I couldn’t even reschedule, it just forced me to reboot my modem. This was a waste of my time I could have been out with friends today with the very little free time I have. This customer service makes me cry out of frustration.

Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page.
