Technician never showed up and this has happened twice

Hi, 

I am trying to get internet service at my new home, the technician was supposed to show up on 1/11 from 9-11am. Never showed up, when we reached out over chat, Xfinity kept coming back with they will show up later from 11-1, 1-3 etc but didnt.

We scheduled again for the installation yesterday from 1/14 from 4-6 and again no one showed up. 

Reaching an actual human being from customer service is next to impossible, no updates are shared about their arrival and when you can reach someone they just reschedule technician for a new date and the person doesn't show up. 

This is beyond horrible customer service,  and just looking online it looks like its a very common issue. Anyone can help and actually resolve the issue

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
