Technician Never Showed to Scheduled Appointment
I scheduled an installation appoint for Friday, April 18th between 4-6pm. No one ever showed up and did not call. I tried to set it up on my own, but it never worked even when chatting with the Xfinity assistant, it was suggested to schedule another appointment. We have now been without internet for 5 days and it will be almost 8 before a technician is able to come out again. There were no available appointments until a week from the first one we made. This has become an inconvenience being without internet and we have had to use hotspots (which is costing us more money). We are extremely disappointed in Xfinity and the lack of customer service. There was no indication that the technician would not be showing up and now we have had to make arrangements for the new appointment. I would not recommend Xfinity for internet services to anyone. If the company cared about its customers, something would be done in response to the technician never showing up and there being no communication.
