Technician left all of our cables exposed outside of the house

Hi Team,

We just had a technician come out and although he was very nice and got the system up and running he didn’t clean up any of the furniture that he moved and left all of the coax cables hanging outside of the house. Both from the box that the cables were originally tucked into and directly from the main line from the street. Just dangling there. 

George was very kind but the lack of cleanup left us surprised/disappointed. What should we do about the wires? 

I have a photo of the wires dangling from the house that I can send. 

Please advise.

user_1v85t9 Thank you so much for letting us know about the wires hanging loose those should be tucked away for you. as for the furniture I apologize it was not moved back but our technicians are actually not supposed to move any furniture due to the risk of damage or personal injury.  We can for sure get the wires taken care of for you.
