Technician is an hour late and I can’t get anyone on the phone.
I need to know whether a technician is still showing up today after my outage, and whether or not I need to be home when they come. The coax cable set up by my technician yesterday broke, and I was told that a technician would be here today to fix it, now I can’t call or text an agent to confirm.
