Technician in area for days and outages on map every day
Every single day for the last 4 days, we have been having intermittent internet issues. The outage map shows us that a technician has been in the area 24 hours a day for the last 4 days. On top of that, it also occasionally shows that we’re having “unplanned outages affected 51-500 people in my zip code” every single day!
What is going on? Customer support only ever asks me to restart my router/modem and doesn’t say anything about the outages on the map. Cumulative hours of time we can’t use our internet because of some sort of “technician issue” on xfinity’s end?
