Technician Hasn't Arrived

The technician hasn't arrived for scheduled appointment. My appointment was between 10 am and 12 pm. My internet has been out for 2 days and I have to be at work in a few hours. Where is the technician and why do I not have a means of contact?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
