Technician falsified report + Supervisor combative after 7 day TV outage

​"I am posting here because I have reached a dead-end with phone support. A technician visited my home on Tuesday, entered my unit, and confirmed an outside line fault. I have now learned the technician's report falsely claims 'no access' to my unit. Today, a supervisor backed that lie and was combative when I provided the error codes proving the service failure. My plan was also changed without my consent on Friday, resulting in a total loss of channels. I need a Corporate Case Manager to investigate this falsified report and fix the outside equipment immediately."
