Technician cut the ground wire

One of your technicians cut the ground wire in my outdoor box. What do I do? I can't get a hold of anyone!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

The Xfinity tech was out fairly quickly after logging in here and sending a direct message.  Now I know how to actually find someone, instead of a bot!) and get things done!  Thanks!
