Technician cut existing in-home coax wiring without authorization — trouble ticket unresolved

During my new-service installation, the technician cut the existing coax runs in my utility room that serve the rooms throughout my house. I was not informed this would be done and did not authorize the removal or disabling of the existing wiring. I attempted to contact the installer directly and received no response. I subsequently opened a trouble ticket with Xfinity and have repeatedly received automated messages stating that someone will contact me, but no one has. I would now like this escalated to a field supervisor or the appropriate customer-relations team. I am requesting that Xfinity inspect the work, determine why the existing wiring was cut rather than disconnected, and restore the wiring if it was unnecessarily damaged.

user_em5bhn We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Xfinity Community Forums. We would be more than happy to help get you pointed in the right direction. In regards to the lines that were cut, are they lines that service multiple coaxal outlets in the home, or was it an incoming coax line from another provider?
