Hello, @user_2awi3b! Thank you for creating a post to get started. Our team can certainly help (in many ways!) Why were you looking to schedule a Trouble Call (tech visit)? Are you experiencing issues with your service(s)? If so, what seems to be happening?

I have been trying to get an actual technician to come out to install cable as I guess there is not an Xfinity hook up yet (we are the new owners and did not know). I troubleshooted with a Live Agent via text and phone becaise the modem is blinking orange and no troubleshooting resolved it.

Understood, @user_2awi3b. We appreciate your attempting those self-service options first! Sorry they didn't resolve it for you. We'd love to take a closer look and help in any way we can, scheduling a technician as necessary. Could you please send our team a direct message to continue?

How to send us a direct message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name and the service address alongside a detailed summary of your request/question. Thank you!
