Technician Appointment Not Confirmed or On File
I spoke with a virtual agent on 8/1 and they said I’d have a technician appointment scheduled for 8/4. Today is 8/3 and I haven’t gotten a confirmation text or email and my account t shows no active/upcoming appointments. I need WiFi by 8/5 to work. Please help!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
