Technician appointment due today but no one showed up.

Hello,

I called customer service today for a technician appointment to activate my internet, besides earlier complication, the customer service representative assured me that an appointment was made for me today, and I shall expect a call between 1-3 PM EST, however no one called or even messaged me.

This is not how I expected your service to be, first you disconnect my internet plan randomly, and cancel my earlier appointment without even letting me know, and now you give me an appointment which I waited for for two hours, no one shows up.

I paid for a service, and now I can't benefit from it.

I'm not asking for a special treatment, I'm simply asking for what is my right.

Best Regards,

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
