Technical support

I have 3 non working cable boxes.   Have tried to get support 3 times over two days and have requested service call back but none have been made despite 3 requests via your horrible automated customer service number.

Hi @user_y66qt2 I'm sorry for your trouble with your cable equipment. I understand it's frustrating when your TV service isn't working. Can you tell me a little more information regarding your issues? Are you getting error messages or codes, do they have power to them?
