Technical support

I have an issue with my tv service in one room only. I have contacted this company 3 separate times and at the end of the ridiculously long waiting period I receive a message that asks if issue is resolved if not text n to schedule a technician I text n and nothing happens. I am tired of dealing with the Xfinity assist many and do not have time to wait through this process again. Can someone please contact me directly to schedule a technician
