Technical Service Request
I have contacted Xfinity several times to request a technician to come to fix the intermittent issues with my internet. I have to wait on the phone on hold for excessively long wait times. The phone keeps transferring me to the virtual assistant which sends me in troubleshooting circles. I called in customer service and spoke to Lucas, he talked in circles about his children for a half hour only to not be helpful and try to upsell me on cell phone service. It was not helpful and a big waste of time. Why would I switch my cell phone service to Xfinity when I am having trouble getting you guys to send a tech out here to fix what I currently have? In addition, being called darling is so unprofessional. I was told we would receive a text to schedule a visit and nothing has come through. This is so frustrating.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Our team can definitely understand how stressful and irritating it is to have issues with your internet connection. We all work from home on this end of the screen so we can completely relate to how it causes you to make arrangements that you didn't expect. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started looking at the signal and setting up an appointment if needed.
