Techincal help and assistance needed

I am very frustrated right now. I set up an account online. Then I had talked to someone about. I'm getting my account fixed because it didn't work when I had signed up online which is already frustrating. I talked to Ningthoujam and he got my address completely wrong. I also would like to know how i have my roomates billing added so she can help me pay for the wifi we are sharing. I was thinking of switcjing to you guys for my service but with the way everything is going i dont know now. Do better

JESUSTAP Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear the startup experience has not gone as smooth as it should. Your Xfinity account can have only one payment method when using autopay. If you don't have autopay, you can use different payment methods to pay the bill. Also, with our accounts there is one account holder or Primary User. Then the roommate can be listed as a Manager so they can help manage the account.

@XfinityMartyR​  my other question wasn't answered about the employee getting my address wrong, I need help figuring our how to change it and the way I willl be receiving my wifi.
