Tech survey
Never got survey for tech home visit . And I want this young man to be recognized for outstanding service . He came on July 21st . He went above and beyond and give this young man a raise . .Had new modem installed because I lost internet . was here the next day .

Joe service tech was very helpful and professional. Installed new cable line restoring faulty signal. I hope this reply reaches the proper management personnel. East Boca Raton service call on 11/11/2022.
