Good afternoon, @user_2l17bg! I apologize that your TV service has not been working. That is never something we want to happen. Our engineers are working on this concern. Some customers have reported they are able to watch again. Is your service still offline?

we're getting weak or no signal on our TV.  the router seems fine.  unplugged and replugged box already.  no one at Xfinity knows what to do
