I would like to troubleshoot with you to resolve your concerns. 

Is your modem powered on, and the lights are on?

Have you unplugged your modem ad router for at least 1-2 minutes?

Can you check to ensure all the connections on the modem and at the wall outlet are finger tight add secure?
