We have a house at [Edited: "Personal Information"].   It has been remodeled and the wire that was used for the cable/internet is a cat 6.  The installer that came by 3/11/26, said that he could not use that wire in the house .  He said he would need to rewire the whole house.  He did not speak good English.  Xfinity website states that one can use the cat 6 wire.  I would like someone to come back to the house because I do not believe that the house needs to be rewired.  We just need the set up.  The house next door and houses across the street use xfinity  So, I do not see the problem.  My name is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and my phone number is [Edited: "Personal Information"].  My email is [Edited: "Personal Information"] Please advise.  Thank You I will be awaiting your reply.   Thank You   [Edited: "Personal Information"]
