Tech Support

I need help re-installing my box to my home TV.  None of the tech videos or other materials on line are helpful.  I need a tech to visit my home and I need to schedule a tech visit.  The on line forum, including here, does not provide helpful information on how I can simply schedule a tech visit.  I do not want to try to the online help--I need someone to come to my house.  How do I do that?

This is the standard answer I have seen.  I have no idea what this means and when I follow the link, there is no such "Direct Message" icon.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
