Tech said sorry we missed you.
I have been waiting for the tech to show up since 5pm. At around 6:30pm to 6:45pm. I get a text saying sorry we missed you please reschedule.the tech never showed up so how did they miss me? Im paying for a service I can't even use. I want a full refund for what I have paid for. This is unavailable for your technician to lie like this. Reflects on the company.
