Tech removed lid to Comcast utility box, box is now wide open
A comcast tech visited my home to inspect the cabling in the comcast utility box outside my house. He did not close the box when he left, so now it's wide open with exposed cables spilling out and exposed to the rain and snow. I have the lid, but I don't see any way to reattach it. I called Comcast, and they said it should be locked and they would schedule another technician to come and put a lid back on and lock it. This second technician was supposed to come on Friday, but never showed. I tried calling again but cannot get to talk to a human through the phone tree or the chat interface. I have a ticket number, but entering it into the chat interface does nothing.
