Tech NOT did show up to my appointment

I had to schedule an additional tech visit since the first person couldn't set up my internet at my new place. I got a voice-mail not even a call that they were here I immediately ran out and no one was here. I'm so frustrated I'm about to call and cancel if I can even get anyone on the phone. DO NOT GET COMCAST ITS THE WORST SERVICE IVE HAD TO DEAL WITH.

@XfinityBenjaminM​ I messaged you as stated in your instructions and still nothing... assuming these messages are just for show. Pls do NOT get xfinity ppl. They are ridiculous to work with.
