Tech no show appt today; chat impossible to use

I spoke with an agent via text on Friday who scheduled a tech to arrive today between 10-12 to relocate and bury my outside line. I called Saturday to confirm as I never received a text and they did state I had the appointment. I have been on hold or chat all day. Stating there was an outage in my area and I have another appointment for tomorrow but again, no text confirmation! I’m ready to cancel! Please help!!

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
