Tech left and agent lied

I had scheduled a tech to come two weeks ago and the appointment was canceled due to the tech not being able to make it out. I rescheduled for today and got a call that the tech would be late. I saw the tech pull up next to my house and then leave without coming to the door. I started a chat with an agent who assured me that a tech was coming. First the agent said the tech was 30 minutes out and then after 30 minutes, said the tech was 25 minutes out. Meanwhile, the agent was very pushy on changing my plan which I told him no several times. The agent left the chat after getting close to the second 25 minutes. A tech never arrived and a new agent could only schedule me a new tech on Tuesday. This experience is making me consider moving to a new internet provider
