Tech issues
I am supper frustrated Xfinity canceled my appointment because they supposedly fixed the issue when they never came. I keep being told different time frames and nobody shows up. This is super frustrating now to the point where I want to cancel for bad customer service.

Hello @user_bj6fhe, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a post. Sorry to hear that your appointment was cancelled. I can understand how frustrating that is, especially when you are expecting someone. Sometimes when there is a service issue in the area, we resolve that first, which in most cases resolves our customers' issues. When you were told it was fixed, did you try your services again? What is the exact issue that you are having with your services?
