Tech didn't show up for appointment

Ever since I requested service with xfinity it has been a.complete nightmare.I requested new service for installation 11/15/24.Tech came out and did nothing and was rescheduled after fighting through chat and customer service. Where I was told that if I didn't want to wait for another appointment that there was always ATT.WOW! Finally.got.service 3 days later and everysince my Tv has been freezing up.Tech was to.come out today and never showed up.I know.xfinity like to say that this rarely happens but that's not true at all.Tommorrow I will be filing.another complaint with the FCC about this service because this is ridiculous and un.called for.No.company should have this much power and treat customers like.[Edited: Profanity]?
