Tech cut a cable he wasn't supposed to
Hello,
We had a technician come to our house to fix some non-issue that Xfinity reported to us. After his visit I noticed he had cut a cable that we had run on our network.
He didn't mention cutting any cables and didn't fix the cable. I want to file a complaint but every post I find on the forum or on web search are all out of date.
