I can’t put any codes in it’s like they are already set but it’s still not recognizing my TV. Weird cause the remote for the pervious box works still

I am trying to program my xfinity remote to TCL without success. Auto set up not recognizing it, how can I try manually with some of the additional codes I see on other posts? Thank you
