Target promotion

Do you have a promotion going on with Target? I was told that I needed to get $900 in target gift cards and that they would not bill me for 6 months and then my bill would reduce to $150 for the next 2 1/2 years. Sounds fishy to me. Anyone else get contacted about this? Thanks in advance.
