Tap wire
A technician came to my house (6/9) to install Internet, however he informed me that a tap wire needed to be installed from a pole across the street. An appointment was set for the next day, but it has been rescheduled everyday this week. I spoke with customer service today (6/15) for an update and the dispatcher informed me that at tech would be at my house at 12pm. No one has been here so I called customer service again and was informed that it can take 2 weeks. It seems like the departments do not communicate and then no one communicates with me. Another install appointment was setup for the 18th but I don’t understand why an installation appointment would be setup if the wires aren’t done. If it can take 2 weeks, why was this not communicated from the beginning and why would you schedule an appointment if it isn’t honored.
