Tap runaround
Need tap and wire to house hooked up. Techs ran a whole new line from street to house pole. But didn't install tap or hook up the line to house. Keep sending a in house technician who just says a maintenance person has to come around. But has yet to happen. One would think you could give a approximate time like with all other outages but no. Just the run around. I expect more professionalism from a company making so much money off me every month. I have mobile, home phone, internet, and cable for 15 or so years. This is unacceptable
