Tap installation
About 1-2 weeks ago a tech came to my address and said it is serviceable (I have the support ticket). He said that a tap is going to need to be installed and that they’d be at my house 3 days later on January 1st from 1-3 to install the tap and run a line. No one showed. I’ve had no one contact me. Anyone im about to get ahold of from Xfinity knows nothing and promised me that I’d have Wi-Fi on January 1st. I work from home. I’ve been out of work for 2 weeks now. I’m going to loose my job. Thanks Xfinity.

I am going through the same situation I also work from home and it has been a month since trying to get WiFi installed every time I talk to someone over the phone they have no idea of anything. This honestly is the worst company I have ever dealt with and it’s a shame they are the only providers in my area. I would ask for help but unfortunately it seems that anyone from this company is incompetent of helping with anything.
