Tap for newly built apartment complex

I have called customer service over 10 times regarding getting a tap crew out to my newly built apartment so that I can activate my Wi-Fi. Nobody can even tell me when the appointment is scheduled. They were apparently supposed to come Friday and I am supposed to receive a call when they are coming. I have been told that they are now coming today by multiple customer service members. The tech I had scheduled today was told to leave by his supervisor before even entering my building because he “said the tap crew needs to come out first”. I am obviously aware of this. How do I contact them??? There is no direct number to call them so how am I supposed to get this issue fixed if nobody can give me answers?! I want this done today and I expect someone to expedite this service.
