Talking to a real live person
I can never get to talk to a real person. The Xfinity assistant keeps giving me the runaround. Telling me that all my questions can be answered in the app. Which I'm sorry cannot be answered in the app. I want to talk to a real life person. I think I pay enough money that I would be entitled to actually talk to a real live person. And you would think with all the outages they're causing in my neighborhood that I could get a credit. Thanks to the outage today I lost a hundred bucks. I only feel it would be right for Xfinity to give me $100 credit. But of course they won't because the CEO won't part with his money. Which he wouldn't have that money if it wasn't for his customers.

Hi there, @user_60135f I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience, as a person who also works from home, I know how service interruptions can impact your work requirements. I'm very sorry, we are not able to credit you for lost work time, but we can credit you for the services that you were not able to utilize while your area was being impacted by the service interruption.

How about informing customers of an approximate time when service will be back on? How about hiring 3rd party contractors to help restore service? You will be losing customers over this.
