Talking to a customer service agent
I have had up to here with your automated system. I need to talk to a customer service agent about my service. Your 800 number is terrable big time. Find a better way to provide customer service. I do pay my and I expect some reasonable ability to speak to a person. I need a direct number to talk to a person.
Get you act togther. How can explain this any clearer your agents do great work. Reaching them is the worst.
